This episode is with Andreea Magdalina who is the founder of shesaid.so and also works on the innovation team at Coachella. Through shesaid.so Andreea has built, over ten years, one of the few really strong communities and safe spaces for people of all genders to work together on making the industry more welcoming and diverse. She’s both very optimistic while being very aware of the challenges of improving the industry. She’s also a living example of how to successfully build value centric spaces.
